If you do not like your product, you may send us a request via email at email@example.com. We will inspect the product for any damages and will be in touch. Please note that any return items will incur a restocking fee 10% of the total value of the purchased product(s).
Sale/closeout items are non-refundable, all sales are final
For any return deliveries back to our warehouse:
1) Customers will bear the cost of delivery via Pos Laju which will be given by Bluwitte
2) There will be a 10% restocking fee after we approve the return of the product in like-new condition
3) Customers will get store credit of the amount spent (after deducting restocking fee) to be used for other store purchases
